Salesforce Technical Architect 

Location: Dublin (Hybrid) 

Salary: Up to €110k p/a plus benefits 

Troi Search have partnered with a leading consulting firm in Dublin to hire an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect. This position will involve working with an Agile environment, collaborating with project teams, providing technical guidance and designing scalable solutions that improve business processes. 

Duties: 

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure that delivered solutions align with business goals and expectations. 
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions through close collaboration with architects, analysts, and developers. 
• Drive the design and architecture of Salesforce-based implementations, applying industry best practices and maintaining adherence to established technical standards. 
• Develop and implement custom functionality, system integrations, and data migration plans to support seamless platform adoption. 
• Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold quality, performance, and maintainability across all development efforts. 
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and deployment plans. 
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle, from build through post-deployment. 

Requirements: 

• Over eight years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and development, delivering scalable and efficient CRM solutions. 
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, with a strong grasp of industry best practices and development standards. 
• Proficient in core Salesforce development tools and languages, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). 
• Experienced in designing and implementing robust integrations using Salesforce APIs and common integration patterns. 
• Adept at troubleshooting complex issues, with strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset. 
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels. 
• Effective both as a collaborative team member and as an independent contributor in fast-paced environments.
