Role: Deskside Engineer

Location: Cork (On-Site)

Salary: €40,000 p/a plus benefits

We are seeking to hire a Deskside Engineer on behalf of our Cork-based client, a well-renowned Irish MSP. This role involves providing on-site IT Support to one of their long-standing clients in Cork. This position is suitable for you if you have 3+ years’ experience in Windows Administration and troubleshooting software and hardware.

Duties:

• Providing Deskside Support on Microsoft applications and hardware
• Managing MS applications including Active Directory, PowerShell, Intune and SCCM
• Troubleshooting Windows 10 & 11, as well as devices such as scanners and printers
• Complying with IT Security

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant IT Support role
• Great understanding of Windows administration and managing SCCM, Active Directory, InTune and PowerShell
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Experience of working in a client-orientated role is an advantage
