The Challenge

We started working with Dexory when they had little to no Talent function, after securing $13m in investment, with a plan to scale up to 30+ by December from a team of 17. The client had no ATS, no reporting / analytics & no route to market other than Indeed (job board). They were a complex business with complex requirements, which added further the need to use a specialist to source top tier talent.

the solution

Using our relationships with recruitment vendors, we sourced and helped implement an ATS, whilst simultaneously filling pipelines with solid, relevant and qualified candidates across Embedded Engineering, Hardware, Product & QA. We utilised Troi’s GTM tools such as LinkedIn, Cord & AmazingHiring. Tools that we have instant access too, which are costly for business.

The results

Through a close relationship that consisted of bi-daily calls and updates with the HRBP & CTO, we filled 8 hires across their complex stack and played an influential part of hitting their target to double in size within 4 months of the raise.

How do we work?

Troi Search work on either a success-based or retained approach. Our success based hiring offers a flexible, low risk approach for your junior and mid level requirements. We work for free until successfully placing the right candidate. For senior and niche requirements our retained & project based approach dedicates the time and resource required for success at this level.
