The Challenge

Our banking client in Dublin were embarking on a large scale digital transformation with Salesforce as it’s core system and were moving their IT Centre of Excellence from London to Dublin. With their Talent Acquisition team being based in London, they had no internal knowledge of the local Salesforce market in Ireland and realised the need to engage with a Business Applications specialist agency to identify and attract the best talent.

the solution

Before going out to market, we worked extensively with the recruitment team and hiring manager to draft appropriate job descriptions, define interview processes and discuss their offering. We advised them on which companies had the best Salesforce teams, what products they used and what salaries & benefits they offered, to ensure our clients’ offers were as competitive as possible.

The results

Over a period of around 8 weeks, the client had secured 4 extremely talented Senior Salesforce Developers with financial services experience who nailed the brief. Despite being up against 3 other agencies, all their Salesforce hires were made by Troi Search, which has now resulted in us becoming their exclusive partner for Business Apps hires.

Troi Search work on either a success-based or retained approach. Our success based hiring offers a flexible, low risk approach for your junior and mid level requirements. We work for free until successfully placing the right candidate. For senior and niche requirements our retained & project based approach dedicates the time and resource required for success at this level.
