The Challenge

Following a small downsize, the clients’ internal talent function had limited resource and capacity. They were finding lots of candidates organically but not the right quality of candidates for the specialist tech roles. After working with them in an embedded capacity, they knew we could deliver and they knew we had a good understanding of their business and that this could translate into a good sell to potential candidates – they knew from this we could approach the market, quickly.

We had a relationship with the company already and knew what they were looking for. Their interview process was efficient and slick, our main aim was to find top-quality candidates with the right experience and expertise & get them into the process quickly to limit external offers/opportunities that could jeopardize this process.

The results

We used our favoured sourcing tool, Cord – to find and secure 1x Mid-Level & 1x Senior Software Engineer for the client – both offers were accepted 18 days post the initial role brief.

How do we work?

Troi Search work on either a success-based or retained approach. Our success based hiring offers a flexible, low risk approach for your junior and mid level requirements. We work for free until successfully placing the right candidate. For senior and niche requirements our retained & project based approach dedicates the time and resource required for success at this level.
